Naruto and Sasuke's TRUE POWER
Naruto's True Power: Unlimited Ninshuu (The Chakra Transfer Network theory)
Sasuke's True Power: Instant Space/Time Jutsu (W/O the usage of Seals)
Conclusion:
To all Sasuke Fan Club members, I apologize. I forgot to mention that obviously Sasuke has not displayed the FULL POTENTIAL of his left eye.... not to mention in all actuality he could also OBTAIN HIS RIGHT EYE RINNEGAN... Just like we all know Madara will get his other Rinnegan very very soon

Naruto's True Power: Unlimited Ninshuu (The Chakra Transfer Network theory)
It is already known that Naruto has the power to give his chakra to anyone:
It is also known that Naruto has the power to receive chakra from the Tailed Beasts within him:
But... I propose that Naruto has the power to GIVE or RECEIVE chakra from ANYONE... not just the Bijuu!!! This is accomplished through Ashura's Power given to him by the Sage, Ninshuu:
How is this possible? Because... he has the power of the Younger Son Ashura... Which I believe is the power to create a Chakra Transfer Network. Think about it. The Sage himself tells the Bijuu one day they will know REAL power:
And the Sage also believes that "In Ninshuu, Chakra CONNECTS people... it shouldn't be used to increase the power of a single individual":
Which brings me to the Truth of my theory, Naruto obviously has the same "power" as Ashura (B/c the Sage gave Naruto his power) but to truly understand what I'm saying, you must combine the 3 "powers" below:
1) Naruto's power to use the Bijuu's chakra
2) Naruto's power to give his chakra to anyone
3) Ashura's power as the Successor of Ninshuu... taught to him by the Sage--the power to connect ALL people through Chakra:
But... note here that Naruto was given Ashura's power... but Ashura did NOT have all the bijuu inside him when the Sage said that "Co-operation and the help of other people is what made him strong"... but nevertheless, Naruto is able to "share" the power of all the Bijuu inside him. Which means most likely Ashura could give/receive the chakra of his "army" in the same manner that Naruto is currently receiving chakra from the Bijuu!
My theory is that Naruto can also give/receive chakra from ANYONE "willing" to give/receive it to him! Imagine... the Shinobi army ALL having access to eachother's chakra... that's like combining all jutsu of the entire army into ONE PERSON... then cloning that ONE PERSON into an entire ARMY... this is how Ashura was able to gain power to rival his brother Indra's Rinnegan!!!!!

Sasuke's True Power: Instant Space/Time Jutsu (W/O the usage of Seals)
Many people have falsely theorized that Sasuke has the ability to move incredibly fast by "slowing down time"... but here we learn that Sasuke is not simply "moving fast"--in fact, he's not "moving" at all:
What he truly did was an instant Space/Time Jutsu, without the usage of Seals! What makes this technique so deadly, is his ability to do it to other people/objects, like his sword for example:
Still not convinced? Then you may have missed the dual attack of Naruto and Sasuke... it is obvious that Naruto does not have "super speed" or the ability to "manipulate time"... but both him and Sasuke teleport instantly for the double-attack:
Additionally, Sasuke is probably able to see Madara's Shadow Clone in the Limbo Dimension because of his new Time/Space Ocular jutsu:
The potential downsides I have seen is the possibility of it having limited range:
And lets not forget there may be a time-delay to continue the technique, since he loses tomoe when using this Ocular Jutsu:
To recap, Sasuke's New Power:
