Itachi was able to plan out Sasuke’s entire life at the age of 13, yet Madara needs years of planning to do something that had already been done.

These are the reasons why I believe that Itachi was more of a prodigy than anyone else – I’m using Madara because he is often considered the most powerful kid along with Hashirama.

While many say that Madara and Hashirama are better because they lived in times of war I kindly disagree. Itachi was able to do anything Madara was shown to do and even more.

There are many examples of people who lived in war, yet others can beat them. Kakashi is an example of this. He was alive and fought during time of war, but Itachi easily beat him.

I also understand that many will say that since Madra had huge ass katons he would be more of a genius, but not even Sasuke can make those and he's already surpassed Madara.

I’m not saying that Itachi is stronger than Madara, or Hashirama, just that he was more of a genius/prodigy. Madara and Hashirama just had more potential, due to Itachi’s sickness and unwillingness to take Sasuke's eyes.

Awakening Sharingan at an earlier age doesn't mean he was a better prodigy than Madara. Awakening Sharingan doesn't need skills, the Uchiha just needs to face the right circumstances.

It only means that Itachi was lucky to experience the emotional stress that is needed to awaken the Sharingan very early compared to Madara.

We could say it was because he awakened his Sharingan at at very early age that gave him the advantage to graduate early and got to the rank of ANBU in the blink of an eye.

His luckiness in getting Sharingan when he was very young certainly had helped him.

U said in terms of intelligence and portent, but then u bring up physical feats.
1. Itachi didn't 1vs1 the Uchiha, he ambushed them with the help of Tobi/Obito
2. Madara's s/ms/ems > Itachi's s/ms/(no ems)
3. Itachi ill or not his stamina sucks
4. He failed w/ sasuke after his death
5. Itachi was probably equal to or more of a prodigy than Madara but maybe not Hashirama

Awakening Sharingan doesn't need any skills, just need to face the right circumstances. Itachi was just lucky to get it earlier.

And Madara killing experienced Senjus before even awakening his Sharingan is certainly a very impressive feat. Itachi didn't show such feat.

Your arguments don't prove that Itachi is better. Itachi maybe more or less the same as Madara in terms of genius.
