I'm on season 2, episode 48 where it's Seirin vs Yosen, so don't spoil it for me please.
How do you think they would do against each other?
I'd put mine;
Aomine (I'd put Kagami here if he was part of the GoM)
Aomine is just ridiculously good, no matter how you look at it no one can beat him except Kagami.
Kise
Kise can copy just about anyone so he can play like Aomine(almost) and he possibly would be able to copy Midorima.
Midorima
Midorima's long shots are endless from what I've seen.
Murasakibara
Murasakibara can be beaten by passing from a jump shot and provoking him, leading to him moving subconsciously.
Kuroko/Akashi
I'm not too sure about Akashi because someone said he taught Kuroko, his misdirection style and I haven't seen him play yet. Also, Aomine can stop Kuroko's plays, Kise is faster, etc.
Let me know your lists too.

I'm guessing Aomine didn't keep it up after his loss against Kagami?

when is season 3 starting though i finished it yesterday.
Season 2 ended it's TV run end of March 2014 so it won't be till early 2015. Season 2 came out in 2013 when Season 1 finished in 2012.

of course he did xD

but they constantly improve you cant say one is better than the other since there play styles are so different..

I dunno, from what I'm seeing, Midorima's long shots are endless, he can score from his own half if he wanted.
They made Kise look weak though in the anime at times, he couldn't use his copycat ability for that long against Aomine.

i dont no how far into it you are so i dont want to accidently spoil anything ...

all i can say is that to begin with Kise isnt shown to be as strong but later on you see his true abilities

dont read if you dont want to be spoiled..

he can flawlessly copy anyone for a certain amount of time.. this means he can litterally imitate aomines playing style.. not only that but also midorima's or whatever his name is xD the fact he is so versatile makes him one of the best players..

I like Midorima and Kise the most, I can't wait to see how they are in the manga =D
Anyone have any idea which chapter the anime stops at?

1. Aomine Daiki (dude's a mawnstah)
-large margin-
2. Akashi Seijuro
3. Kise Ryota
4. Midorima Shintaro
5. Murasakibara Atsuchi

I only watch the anime. Aomine seems damn near invincible when it comes to 1 on 1. He's been hyped to be the best but i hear alot of manga readers saying "wait till you see Akashi". I've always had the mindset that Aomine is the best individually (especially 1v1) and Akashi is the best when it comes down to team playing. Akashi might turn out a beast but i really find it hard to believe that Aomine can be beaten 1v1. The hype has been shoved down our throats.
