Guys wasn't fighting Obito in 4th Gate, he was fighting him in 6th gate. Kakashi= 6th Gate Gai. Once Gai steps into the 7th Gate then kakashi get's stomped.

Since death doesn't occur during 7th Gate then Gai is marginally > Kakashi

Guy 7th gateis way stronger than sharingan kakashi . Just fanboys will say otherwise .
The only jutsu that makes kakashi OP is kamui but against it's futile cause guy Is fast as f*ck in 7th gate .
