3T or MS?

Well your strategy might not work since Yasaka magatama is an aimed projectile so it isn't going to be able to hit Raikage's arm from the side to hit the 3rd Raikage with his own hell stab. Furthermore, Raikage already knows his weakness so what prevents him from deactivating hell stab if such a situation were to occur. Madara doesn't have knowledge on the 3rd Raikage's weakness either.

I'm giving both scenarios to the 3rd Raikage mid difficulty. Madara can counter everything in his arsenal as he possesses greater speed and ability to nullify black lightning with his gunbai but eventually, Madara's attacks won't do much damage.

Madara's susanoo attacks won't be able to kill 3rd Raikage and only serve to deplete Madara's chakra reserves.

The 3rd Railkage might be more durability than his son(Ei) but he's not as fast as him....Madara's speed and Reflexes are greater than that of the Railkage...

Most people come to the conclusion that because Madara doesn't have his huge firepower....he doesn't have what it takes to put the Railkage down when in fact firepower means little to nothing when Madara has the Uchiha Clan's most broken Genjutsu(which allows the user to put his opponent in a Genjutsu in which he/she doesn't realize they are in Genjutsu in begin with).​

Madara is faster than the third raikage(who by feats, isn't as fast as his son), so he should have little difficulty in evading his attacks. The only problem is how he is going to kill the raikage. The only way he can win is by catching him in a powerful genjutsu, otherwise he gets outlasted.

Genjutsu isn't a finishing technique unless its something like Koto or Tsukuyomi. Without Perfect Susanoo he can't damage him.

He nigh blitzed SM Naruto without Sage Mode or Rinnegan, but its not like Rinnegan has any effect on speed.

Madara could also absorb chakra, use Susanoo and sense without his eyes. All abilities which he did not have before, he obviously had some new kind of powers when he was revived here.

And that's blitz looks more like some kind of jutsu that an actual speed blitz, a speed blitz wouldn't send sage enhanced Naruto flying backwards, there's more to Madara while blind that we do not know of. Plus that scan would suggest that he's faster than Tobirama to be able to move at that speed which we all know he couldn't when alive.

Those are abilities, this is speed. Completely unrelated. Those abilities either come from his enhancement, or his eyes even though he did somethings that he couldn't usually do without them. (Susanoo) Absorbing chakra is a new ability he got from either taking Hashirama's DNA, getting Rinnegan, or some kind of mastery of an unknown jutsu. I think its the Rinnegan..

The main point is that his enhancements caused those new abilities to surface, his new enhancements have never affected anyone's speed so there is no reason they will no

He jumped off his feet and zoomed past Naruto and Sai towards Hashirama. It is as clear as day that this is speed. Naruto got sent flying backwards because:

1. Madara was strong enough to knock him backwards.

2. Madara ran into him while going toward Hashirama.

That scan doesn't suggest he's faster than Tobirama, it only shows he's much faster than Naruto, Sai, and the 3rd Raikage.
