All someone would need to do is get the seal on someone and they can make the chakra spread from the tag to a specific target.
This way someone could just instantly teleport their body parts away just like kamui.

It does not work like that. It teleports the whole physical object the seal is own, not part of it.

No you teleport in relative position to the location of your sealed/marked kunai so as Madara displayed all you have to do is expect them to teleport by knowing the precise location of each marked kunai..... FTG didn't work on Madara because Madara seen the Kunais and fodderized Minato and Tobirama the moment they teleported...natural speed is far better than ftg...any day!

Also, Minato was fighting 2 opponents at once in the fight you're irrelevantly bringing up.

The only reason Obito wasn't spotted at the Kage summit is because he used Onoki's dust jutsu as visual cover.

no if you go rewatch/reread the fight obito grabbed minato, waited a sec and tried to absorb him, minato caught off guard did not ftg until he knew he was in trouble. which is why obito said he wont wait this time he will kamui faster. minato already prepared for this wouldnt wait till after already being sucked in to use ftg he would ftg the moment he gets touched.

Minato simply doesnt have such feat, so deal with it.
