The Susanoo is materialisation of the user's chakra so you can't teleport a user out of the Susanoo because the Susanoo follows the user (as confirmed when Itachi was walking towards Sasuke during their fight). Thus, teleporting or using the space-time barrier will have no effect on the relative position between the user and the Susanoo.

Sasuke's sussano disappeared after Minato saved Naruto and Sasuke from Obito .
Also when Gaara throwed Madara out of his susanno it didn't follow Madara or at least that is what I remember .

True. Thanks for correcting that. So I guess if the user gets marked then he/she can be teleported out from his/her Susanoo. That probably means the Susanoo can get marked too (since it's a physical manifestation of chakra) and hence it can pulled away from the user.

Yes. It is a physical manifestation of ones chakra and it can be marked by the FTG. People can even stand on Susanoo because of that, as Hashirama did here:

The person at the top is Madara and Hashirama is clearly standing on the Susanoo because it is cloaked over Kurama.

Can he teleport people out of it? Yes he can. Can he teleport Susanoo away from them? Yes he can.
