I put my money on Kakuzu. Can Sasuke evade and destroy all 4 hearts while simultaneously battling Kakuzu? I seriously don't think so, shadow clones would seriously help Sasuke in this scenario but he doesn't use them so Sasuke will have to handle all opponents himself. How will Sasuke deal with a barrage of a combined lightning, wind, fire and even water/earth techniques?

Sasuke can probably take down all the hearts, but doing that with Kakuzu on his tail will be far too difficult.

Manda is a non factor when Kakuzu's fire+wind heart is capable of flying due to the flight of the wind heart. From Kakuzu's Taijutsu feats, I have doubts Manda can just gulp him up, Kakuzu is on par, if not better than Kakashi's Taijutsu

Even if Sauce activates CM2, he'll have to continuously dodge attacks from not only fire+wind, but the other 3 hearts. If he tries to tank Fire+Wind, then the other hearts can attack as well.

I'd say Sauce could fly, but he's never shown any agile flight feats, the fire+wind heart could still shoot him down.

Oh, I should add that if Manda was to eat him, they'd kill him from the inside out. Manda's insides meet Domu.

Sauce also has to kill the guy 5 times O_O!

Sasuke wins. Already posted opinions on this in another debate. Sasuke has much faster foot and striking speed. If Kakashi can evade Futon heart and can neutralize Raiton one, I cannot see how Sasuke, who has better Raiton feats, cannot do so. His threads are nullified with Nagashi, something Kakashi doesn't have. CS2 can be employed IF he ever finds himself in a hairy situation - which I doubt.

Depends what strategy Kakuzu uses.

What makes Kakuzu deadly is the different combinations and strategies he can use with his hearts.

The best bet for him here is to not have his hearts in different locations maonly due to Sasuke's raiton.

He should merge with his hearts (in a similar way he merged with his fire and wind hearts). If he does this, it'll be for the purpose of cancelling Sasuke's Raiton with his wind heart whenever he needs to use Domu to tank other kinds of damage while attacking with his other elemental hearts.

At the same time, he can force Sasuke into CM2 for its flight by making his threads attack Sasuke from below while he attacks with other elements. His wind heart must remain with him though incase Sasuke tries to use his chidori variants to pierce Domu.

In other words, Sasuke will be busy having to focus on attacks from below and other directions while he preps Kirin. In fact, the heat of Kakuzu's fire+wind style could help fuel his Kirin. Although i'm not ure whether Kakuzu ccould disperse the clouds with his Wind style if he uses it at a large scale (I believe the jutsu was called "Pressure Damage").

I actually do think Kakuzu can defeat Sasuke. But Manda will be quite a nuisance... Is Kakuzu capable of killing Manda?
