nope it was stated that on the scroll the formula has been written to utilise two techs hashi uses

youre right about the part were yammy uses mokuton but he still needed the scroll for training and that makes the techniques learnable to someone wit a kkg thus making it techs from the leaves thus youre wrong just admit defeat!
