how is saske's rinnegan different

are the commas in saske's rinnegan make it more powerful

We don't know anything yet. As of right now his Rinnegan is feat-less besides the fact he can see the Shadow Madara. Thats about it. He did do some other things with his sword but its not clear what exactly happen and it can be interpreted many ways, like some people saying he can use s/t ninjutsu and others saying he can control objects (his sword) with his mind. Its all specualtion but it will be explained for us.

We dont know yet, but as far as I can see and since it looks like the juubi's eye, its probably the fully potential rinnegan...

Madara had both Indra/Asurha chakra, which turned it to the sages chakra.

Sasuke has half Indra and half sage on his left side of his body.

The crest on his left hand and the rinnegan on his left eye should give it away.

I only typed that because sasuke seems to have a unique rinnegan ability which may or may not be teleportation. So it is possible that his unique rinnegan may share the same techniques as the shinju and kaguya's eyes considering the resemblance. I understand that the sage split half the power but for now it seems like sasuke got more from the sage than naruto did.

Who said it's red? I thought it was at first to, but if you look at the most recent chapter, when Sasuke uses his eye to see limbo madara, the colors change, it becomes inverted. Now look at that inverted color picture, sasuke's sharingan eye is red obviously, it looks dark/black in the inverted color, but his rinnegan eye is light, so it's a different color than his sharingan eye, so I don't think it's red but probably the normal rinnegan color, at least that's what I get out of that frame. I want it to be red though, would be cooler in my opinion.
