Basically this . The most logical power-up would be the Byakugou no jutsu, but I can see her activating the slug sage mode. She is the only member of the team 7 who hasn't surpassed her teacher.

All she needs is some OP genjustu to surpass Tsunade. She will never have natural strength or large reserves but her seal and great chakra control make up for those things.

I have always imagined if Sakura ever did get genjustu it would revolve around inner Sakura. Like she somehow traps them in her mind and inner Sakura does some brutal stuff.

Well the high chakra reserves are given due to her Byakugou seal. And she is a genjutsu type, at least according to Kakashi. But I don't think the requirements were stated. According to the databook this is an A rank ( jounin level ) technique, so I think she can master it. In part1 she was able to counter Kabuto's jounin level genjutsu after all.
