1 & 7. There was zero evidence in the manga to suggest that he could do so, so why in the world would anyone in their right mind go around saying that he can make Shadow Clones. No one is going to draw a conclusion based on a fans baseless opinion.

Minato was a Hokage, he was the 4th Hokage who was said to be the greatest ever in the manga in that time and you're saying there was nothing suggested he used Kage Bunhins which his drop-out son mastered before becoming a Gennin? Are you kidding me? Kakashi said it was a standard Jouninn Level jutsu U_U

2. There were hints ever since Naruto started his tutelage under Jiraya we also got confirmation by Pa in chapter 430 something U_U

Wtf? There's proof he can, he provided manga scans. The only thing in question how sufficient he can perform these jutsu while alive. For this reason we can't argue there usage in VS threads, but he can indeed perform them to some extent.

Tsunade is a Hokage, she doesn't use Shadow Clones as far as I'm concerned. Him being a strong ninja doesn't mean you can attribute a lower leveled technique to him just because you feel like he could master it. Which he can, that's obvious. Whether or not he bothered to learn it is another thing.

Though I'm not surprised that he can use them and I agree that its believable that he would be able to do so.

What hints? I only remember him saying that Senjutsu is for people like Jiraiya and Naruto. Funny that he never mentioned Minato there.

My mistake, all i saw was "zero evidence that suggest he could do so. Didn't notice "was" at the beginning of the sentence, i was looking for something more direct like "at that time."
