Everyone trades eyes so much in this manga series.

One given into perspective, here are the trades as follows:

Madara traded Izuna's eyes for his, then traded it to Nagato before his death, Nagato then traded it(while he was death) to Obito(1/2), while at the same time Obito traded (1/2) of his eyes to Kakashi, who Madara "lulzmine" traded it into his eyes, while Obito still has Madara's eye and his own eye. All while this was happening 1/2 of the eye that Nagato had, which was originally Madara(and Izuna's) was eventually found by a Zetsu and given back to Madara.

So Madara has Kakashi's eye, which was Obito's eye, while Obito has Madara's eye, which was originally Izuna's eye.

All at the same time to add as a bonus, Sasuke is using Itachi's eyes, which is now the Rinnegan

Also another thing to add was that Itachi had in his possession Shisui's eye, which was traded with a crow's eye.
