Naruto sage mode doesn't have counter either against zabuza's hidden mist.
Gamabunta can't see or fight inside mist and zabuza can tank both Naruto and his frogs by using his final ultimate jutsu that kakashi copied it from him in their first fight.

Naruto surpassed Zabuza when he learned Rasengan-Shuriken, Sage Mode is overkill.
