-How's Naruto able to communicate with the Bijuus and use all their techniques?-

I am kind of confuse at the moment because Naruto new power ups allows him to be a pseudo-Juubi Jin some how. I don't know how this works because of the simple fact he doesn't have the necessary things to become one. I mean him having pieces of Chakras of Bijuus isn't going to cut it. Why is that he's able to communicate with them like if he is there Jinchuuriki. There has to be more to this. Whatever Hagoromo did to Naruto, he was some how able to bypass the necessity of all the Bijuus and become a Pseudo-Juubi Jin . I kind of understand that he's able to use the techniques somehow; but I remember that Jinchuurikis have the ability to wield the Bijuus powers since they are apart of them; but this still doesn't explain Naruto being able use their techniques since he doesn't technically have them concealed inside him. Somehow he's also able to use telepathy and if I remember it was said that only Jinchuuriki of the Bijuus are able to use telepathy to talk with the Bijuus.

I agree but it seems as though naruto's power is also amplified by either the senjutsu of the six paths or the cooperation with the bijuu.

Its like how Minato's and Kushina's chakra in Naruto seal spoke with him. They're chakra has their conscience and personality. Kurama for instance used to have evil chakra now it's good based on his personality. Alsp no matter where the beasts and jinchiriki are (dead or alive) they have a telepathic world they can communicate in. There are numerous reasons why Naruto could speak with the bijuu

I still find it obscure even though it's starting to make sense. So basically he can call the souls of the Bijuus. He doesn't necessarily need them as whole. Some how he's able to call upon their spirituals.
