Name: Gareth the Butcher
Nickname: Garey the Half Blood, King of the Neckbeards

Looks: Gareth is a young man with the appearance of someone who doesn’t exercise often, if ever. He is always seen wearing a mask as to protect others from his hideousness. He claims that he is too beautiful so he cannot allow others to see him, lest they fall in love immediately- a lie told to him by his adoptive parents.
Gareth also wears a top hat in typical neck beard fashion and wears a Kirigakure headband over his mask. Being of the Uzumaki Clan, Gareth also has the tell tale red hair.
Personality: Gareth is a delusional narcissist. He was told he was beautiful since he was a boy by his adoptive parents, when in actuality he is hideously disfigured by Orochimaru’s experiments.
Gareth is usually Lazy spending most of his time sleeping and not wanting to do anything other people ask him to. This trait extends even serious moment such as planning for a mission in the war room while others are around the table discussing the plan he is usually laying on the floor or the table.
However he is incredibly loyal to the Mizukage and will obey any order given to him by her( it should be noted that she is the only one that can get him to do stuff in the first place)
Despite being raised in Kirigakure it seems he could care less about the village it's self and usually just keeps to himself.
Despite being lazy he is very smart in battle being able to notice the smallest of things and not waste chakara using pointless Justus. He also is very strategic and will often bait his enemies into revealing their strongest abilities and find ways to counter them with ease.
But despite his aloofness on the battle field the Mizukage rarely sends him into open battle due to his blood lust. When Gareth starts to enjoy a battle to much he starts going psycho and will start killing indiscriminately.
Another one of Gareth’s traits is his total lack of respect for others such as not using honorifics and yawning or groaning at funerals also he tends to talk down to people as if they are idiots. This trait extends to when he is on mission and his every day life which angers most people. But despite this he will praise his opponents if they do something that he finds amusing, but he is also quick to belittle them if they do something stupid.
Gareth also has a strong sense of honor and will not fight someone unless they are at full strength. However he is not above insulting people who he believes to be weak.

He carries a long katana in his right hand. He has never been seen using it. At least by anyone alive.

Background Info.
History: Gareth was taken as a child by Lord Orochimaru to become an experiment. Unfortunately the experiment, like all of Orochimaru’s other experiments failed, leaving Gareth hideously disfigured and without memories.
Gareth escaped and was adopted at the age of five by ninjas from Kirigakure. There he was instructed to wear his mask at all times.
Overtime Gareth grew to love his village, but his memories will likely never return.
Gareth was considered a prodigy child graduating top of his class at age of ten in just one year and was quickly promoted to Chuunin not to long after then follow by Jounin only a year later. Also Gareth has one of the best mission records under the Mizukage as he completed more mission then people twice his age due to this he is rarely in Kirigakure.
Gareth gained infamy cross the five great nations as the Butcher of Kirigakure due to him mutilating the corpses of his enemies even impaling them and separating their limbs these brutal tactics has made Gareth wanted by various nations with a large bounty on his head something he is very proud of.
Gareth seems to have a strong disliking of Konohagakure. As to why, nobody knows. However it's believed that He simply just doesn't like them. However several members of ANBU have mentioned that he tends to act far more violent when fighting them.
