Sasuke asked the Sage to give Naruto his EMS [Theory]

After obtained power from Sage Sasuke did not have his EMS.

The other eye he has is a normal Sharingan.

Since Sasuke already obtained EMS, there should have been no reason for it to be lost.

Sasuke should normally have 1 Rinnegan and 1 EMS, but Sasuke has 1 Sharingan instead.

Maybe Sasuke talk with Sage to give Naruto his EMS.

I think the Sage accepted because the Sage wanted to keep both Naruto and Sasuke balanced.

Naruto was receiving the body of the Sage and Sasuke the eyes.

But Sasuke already had the Sage body from Hashirama DNA (given to Sasuke by Hashirama himself).

So Sasuke would end up having both the eyes and the body while Naruto only the body.

EMS can be deactivated. EMS Sasuke has had his 3-tomoe activated many times, and even had the entire sharingan deactivated. I don't know if Current Sasuke still has the EMS, but there has been no reason so far to say he doesn't - especially not simply because he has shown his 3-Tomoe.

No, your theory isn't very plausible. The chakra of Ashura and Indra, as you know, manifested into the Rinn'gan. I think it more plausible that Sasuke combined his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan with his Rinnegan, hence the tomoe in the eye.

You forget that now Naruto has all the tailed beast which equal the 10T so he should also have its eye. He may have the other rinnegan. So Naruto already had the eye. While Sasuke had the body.
