Increased mobility is the advantage of having legs. Yata Mirror PS? Don't really deny this given what we know, but Itachi can't keep it up forever. Sasuke can simply outlast him. Itachi doesn't have Enton.

The legs add mobility. Sasuke sure as hell wouldn't be tagging the likes of Juubito with his own footspeed before Rikudo's powerup, nor would he be jumping than high in the sky. Scans of healthy Itachi? Scans of Totsuka cutting anything but slow and crippled meat? Scans of Yata blocking something stronger than paperbombs? Scans of Itachi beating EMS Sasuke? Scans of him using them as a normal person? Scans that they weren't meant to be used with Susano'o? Scans of you having common sense?

Plus if this is both of them at their prime, excluding current power ups, Itachi has KA.

Which can only make Sasuke follow the command "Protect Konoha". Completely irrelevant when Sasuke is fighting Itachi in this hypothetical matchup, not Konoha. And even then, that's only if Itachi can get Sasuke to look at the crow's eye, and if Sasuke doesn't just torch it as collateral damage whilst torching the rest of Itachi's crows with Enton Magatamas.

A healthy Itachi would be able to maintain the Susano'o much longer.

But nowhere near as long as EMS Sasuke, due mostly to the pain that Susano'o canonically inflicts on those who use it with only MS, and his lower chakra levels.

The only difference between the two is that Itachi has Izanami, Izanagi, KA, Sakegari, Yata, and Itachi has been shown to be much smarter and faster than Sasuke.

Izanami is a non-factor and a waste of an eye against Sasuke now. He knows who he is.
Izanagi will do nothing besides make Itachi lose Susano'o and another MS technique. Sasuke's defense with Susano'o and Enton is too great.
EMS Sasuke was able to track Juubito. None of Itachi's speed feats come close to that.
Yata Mirror only covers the front of Itachi's Susano'o, and even then, only materializes when Itachi uses the Final Form of his Susano'o. All Sasuke would have to do is aim his attacks around the mirror, or let Itachi run out of steam from trying to maintain that form of Susano'o.
As for Totsuka, Sasuke can manifest a legged Susano'o now. He can easily put distance between himself and the blade, or just use his natural speed to dodge it. Itachi's only successful targets with that sword were stationary.

He can't "use" Aoda to dodge the Totsuka, seeing as if he does, a single pierce will end Aoda.

He let him leave his Tsukuyomi because if he didn't, the battle would of been over from the start.

Whether Sasuke would have broken out of Tsukuyomi or not with just Sharingan would be relevant if we weren't talking about EMS Sasuke. His proficiency with Genjutsu is worlds apart from the Sasuke who only had Sharingan.

The only thing people are saying for EMS Sasuke is that he has bigger stamina, but they're not taking into account that Sasuke only has larger stamina because Itachi was dying. I guess we'll never know.

People are saying Sasuke has a larger stamina because he doesn't have to rest his body from just using Tsukuyomi twice and one Amaterasu, like Itachi had to do back in Part One. He has been literally spamming Enton and Susano'o throughout this whole war without rest, when just using 2 Susano'o arrows back when he had MS left him panting. There's nothing stopping him from spamming Susano'o and Enton now. He could even launch a few Katons in the air once the battlefield is full of Amaterasu and use Kirin to oneshot Itachi's Susano'o if he wanted.
