Because you basically took Sasuke from the Shinobi Alliance and put Itachi in there, Naruto and Sasuke are both needed to defeat Madara so if you take either of them out of the Shinobi Alliance and put them on Madaras team the Shinobi Alliance is doomed. And if we are talking current level then Kakashi doesn't even have a sharingan.

Thought I should mention that Itachi knows how to release the Edo Tensei. All Edo revivals are non factors. It's basically the current five Kage, Naruto, and Guy vs the solo kings (excluding Sasuke, lol). The Solo Kings win, mid to high difficulty imo.

Uchihas can only beat the SA if atleast one of them is Juubi Jin,,
otherwise if we drop the RS powerup for Naruto, and have RG Obito, and RT Madara here,,, then Uchihas get stomped
