Golden week is next week, this week is not golden week, chapter 674 came out on monday. The next chapter technically doesn't come out until monday may 12, but Since we get the chapters leaked on wednesdays 5 days early, we get it next wednesday, may 7. There's a chance they get leaked earlier than normal because of the break so it could be earlier than that.

Actually yes. Mostly I read the manga or watch the new anime episodes on naruto-tube.com (It's a german site) and they are always right with these kind of informations.
