i have caught up with hunter*hunter because i love Togashi for yu yu hakusho

at first i thought this is a happy little boy (this almost made me want to drop it)

But lets be real here this dude Gon does not give a single fvuck if you are in his way he will kill you
and that's what i love about him. What surprise me more is that hunter*hunter not even a seinen manga
which takes this in even to a greater level,because with a character like Eren from attack on titan its to be
excepted from him.

usually from a shonen you think its going to be friendships power ups out of the ass but
this is pretty legit to me. I still think naruto is better but for me hunter hunter is better than bleach and one piece.

If only naruto had still "i'll kill you if you get in my way" type of attitude.

I agree that one piece sketches and anime is clumsy like but it's story is top notch.You can't predict the story line unlike naruto .-.

even though i've completed hxh manga and am a fan of it,

i'd have to say if he fights with naruto,nardo would spank his ass and play with it

Anyway to me out of all of them The most mature attitude goes to Naruto in my book. Not everything can be solved through violence. Gandhi said and proved that.

yeah gon personality is unique but so is naruto, i haven't seen any anime of 1990S era with naruto personality so naruto is unique and most of the character these days are bit copied by naruto, a fine example would be blackstar from soul eater,

if you think about it naruto used to be like gon,but he doesn't anymore because of character Development which is pretty good.

that is not even close to the level of asspull kishi has done in naruto.

also I don't think gon can beat any of those mentioned. certainly not ichigo seeing as hes practically a god.

Yeah I remember those times- "If you ever touch my sensei I'll kill you". Gon,in anime,is still young and there is a lot of room for mature character development,but dat boss TOGASHI....Lol I actually like togashi's laziness and no ****s given attitude LMAO. But yeah,if any main character had actually shown the most development then it's Naruto,in every sense,after JIRAYA'S DEATH. He gave it a meaning. He still follows his master's last will to do something about the hatred and he started it with nagato. I don't care what people say,but he is one of greatest character ever created. And Naruto,unlike other series,feels so ground to earth,characters with whom you can relate to,death which actually gives you feel,etc. is damn good. Damn idiot me,talking about naruto.
Anyway,Gon is actually a great char. no doubt.

This. Never saw a greater asspull than this.

I really don't like Gon's character for some reason. I think it's a bit bland and perhaps Togachi got lazy towards the end, in the last couple of arcs.

Personally, Sakata Gintoki is my favorite Shounen MC. After that, Luffy and Naruto.

I just started Greed Island Arc. I must say Togashi Sensei is a genius when it comes to storytelling. Only if he didn't take so many breaks.... I hope HxH replaces one of Naruto or Bleach by 2015/16 in Big 3. Whichever ends first.
