I mean, it's no surprise that Naruto could do it too. However, Sasuke's speed has dramatically improved ever since he received that power-up from Hagoromo. Aren't you guys surprised? He is way faster than before. I'm just wondering what Hagoromo has done to Sasuke that has granted him such speed. Any ideas?

He's literally the god of ninja's and made sasuke his own little jesus. Nothing sasuke or naruto do at this point would be surprising since no one else is even going to compare to THE CHILDREN OF PROPHECY any. To be honest i dont think there is any legitimate explanation for sasukes speed a side from the major chakra boost he has received
