Madara is more efficient with the rinnegan, it's his eyes and Uchiha are unparallel when it comes to true master of ocular power.

No it's not the same as saying Yamatp is better than Tobirama because is hashiramas cells. First of Yamato uses the wood style while Tobirama uses space time Justus two different types of abilities. The Rinnegan between Nagato and Madara are the same except Madara has access to meteors. Nagato has used just about all of the rinnegans abilities while Madara has barely any even as an edo when he had two fake ones. And proficiency has to do with practice experience and skill I don't know what makes you think I'm saying Nagato has more natural ability when apart from summoning meteors the Rinnegan gives everyone the same ability. I'm not new you just said something extremely biased.

Just because Nagato had the rinnegan his whole life doesn't make him better than some who is superior by nature.

You also have to remember chapter 606 page 14, 15, and 16...

It explains why Madara and Obito are better with the rinnegan too.

It all boils done to genetics, if you read what Tobi says and Madara boosting about being able to use the full power of the rinnegan, then you'll understand why Nagato is not better.
