Since MS sasuke went blind and since the eyes he is having now are his bro,itachi implanted eyes..SO ITS ITACHI'S EYES WHO ARE ORIGINALLY A STRAIGHT COMMA!!!.....the ability of straight comma S is that it can see through som1's illusion...for exemple it can see who is the man inside spiral zetsu now.....Itachi always wanted to teach sasuke how to be able see through reality's illusion...

I think Madara just meant how when they got their EMS, their design of it includes a straight line. Like, Itachi's original MS is curved, but as Sasuke's EMS it's straight. Though, Izuna's was straight already, so idk.

Madaras mangekyo is spiral not straight. I think its dealing woth the normal 3 tomoe

I doubt it, but that logic may apply to Madara's case.

That's not how it works....its Itachi's eye's, but not his sharingan pattern.
It doesn't matter who eye it is...if you have a friends eye and he awakens MS then you'll have MS.
With switching eyes if you already have MS and your brother or w/e has ms you get EMS which will reflect your patterns.

The eye ball itself doesn't matter actually...well it does to actually work, but that's not really confirmed, just said.
Also Sasuke would be blind like Itachi was.

And that's wrong. The term Choku Tomoe refers to a new variation of Tomoe, not to any straight lines. Madara associates his Choku Tomoe and Sasukes Tomoe with a special connection between both of them=>Indras Chakra.
Originally Madara refers to Sasukes own Mangekyō and not Itachis.
