Bon sits quietly on a hill overlooking Konoha. He looks on at the morning sun and how it shines on the expansive village below. He smiles and thinks to himself.
"Wow. So this is Konoha huh? I have heard so much stories but this one takes the cake. One can only imagine the many things that have taken place here. To think that it all started here. The beginning of the village system. What a nice place to protect and make dreams in. Just sitting here one must feel inspired to do anything. I am going hard to one day become a Kage...or maybe not. But I know I want to be someone great and lead many people. I know I am not good enough yet but I promise that I won't ever give up. My master taught me to always have guts...well that and peep into the women's bathhouse.
But through his training, I have become strong. This is his home and one he would die defending. I know how he feels. I too want to protect Kirigakure. Even if I don't become Mizukage, I can still be someone. Someone to make the Mizukage proud of."
Bon closes his eyes and gives a wide grin. He feels very warm and happy inside. He thought that maybe that was because of the Will of Fire or something. He got up and crossed his arms and took a deep breath. He opened his eyes and looked on with determination. He tuck his right arm out and pointed towards the Hokage Monument.
"I will become Hokage...uh I mean Mizukage! Yeah...yeah (looks from left to right hoping he wasn't being heard."
Looking a parchment that had been in his pocket, Bon examines it and takes a deep sigh.
"I hope I gave him the right coordinates. Leaf people always have a bad sense of direction.
Hrmm...for some odd reason I feel like playing tennis. Strange."
Bon quietly waits for his teacher to arrive.
