Both Naruto & Sasuke have the correct eyes.
Sage add "Rinnegan" single eye to Sasuke. Just like Juubi had only one eye.
Sasuke retain his "Sharingan" eye.
Naruto already possessed both "Bijuu" eye (vertical bar) plus his "Senju" eye (horizontal bar) eyes.
Sasuke had easily adapt the rinnegan power, 'cause he received from The Sage himself.

I like how when people figured they couldn't call Naruto stronger than Sasuke anymore (As they are equals) they had to swap out Naruto with another Uzumaki. (Just shows how blind the hatred is.) Now let me get to the other point.

Current Sasuke is better than Nagato. For several reasons really.

1. Madara's Rinnegan Power
Madara's power with the Rinnegan surpasses Nagato's in every way, he has already shown that. Sasuke was trolling Madara and surprised Madara several times, Madara even admitted that he couldn't take neither Sasuke or Naruto lightly anymore. (Madara didn't even say that about Gai, Obito or current Hashirama.) That alone is a testament, not only to Sasuke's power but to Naruto's as well.

2. Naruto is stronger.
Naruto is stronger than Nagato, that was prior to him obtaining any Bijuu cloak or chakra which he got during the war. Current Naruto is a lot stronger than Nagato, Sasuke is equal to Naruto in every way. Thus current Sasuke is stronger than Nagato in every way. Also, its clear that Sasuke's "Rinnegan" is different and Madara has been the only one to call it a Rinnegan, he may in fact be wrong about that as he doesn't even know about Indra's chakra that used to be inside of him.

I believe sasukes new ability is very similar to Laws Ope Ope no mi . He spawns a room and he can control the matter in it. It's not exactly like Law were he can replace the persons head with bombs etc. But very similar just my opinion.

I like this theory. So far Sasuke has shown the ability of being able to teleport himself and others, along with any objects that is within his rinnegan range.

I could be misinterpreting what the op is saying but I believe he means that in terms of rinnegan abilities Sasuke hasn't shown much compared to Nagato not that he is overall stronger than Sasuke. Sasuke just got his rinnegan while Nagato has had it since he was a child, just give it some time and no doubt Sasuke will have more impressive rinnegan techs. Also Naruto had a lot of help in his fight versus Pain and even admits he would have died had he not had the help of the Kyuubi.
