i see what ur saying , i kinda agree, i wish kishi had made sasuke's new powerup a little bit different with him having the same new abilitys that he's right now but instead having the rinnegan he has a sharigan on whole different new level. it would go good with the ying-yang Ashura-indra concept nad would be fresher and cooler

If its as simple as you look, then madara couldn't awaken sage's chakra since sage transmigrated somewhere else. And once again, sage never has jubi eye
