Can Part 1 Itachi (18 years old) beat anyone besides Uchihas w/ EMS/Rinnegan, Sage family, and Perfect Jins?

So who does Itachi lose to character-wise that doesn't fall under the above categories?:

NOTE: Nagato/Minato/Tobirama are ignored because there are too many factors to pin point a winner.

NOTE: MS Obito admitted inferiority to Itachi, but Rinnegan Obito w/ jins wins.

NOTE: I'm not bashing Itachi, i'm just curious as to who people think he loses to.

NOTE: In a fair fight, neither side gets intel or prep time. Ex: Jman would start in base.

Susanoo? All his forms are useless except the final form with the weapons. Good luck hitting a small moving target with Totsuka Blade before stamina drains.

Amaterasu/Tsukuyomi? Shadow Clones. Itachi cant risk using Tsukuyomi or Aamaterasu on merely a clone. If he does the drain would just make him lose. Hiruzen can use the Ghost Transformation through a clone. Done. Enma. Done.

And you're using the substitution as if it's a counter to everything, Why didn't Tsunade just use substitution jutsu when she was stabbed with the Susano'o sword, If he uses Amaterasu on her then she will be in too much pain to even wave hand seals, She didn't even use substitution jutsu when she was stabbed by Orochimaru, She simply decided to waste chakra by using her medical ninjutsu.

I think substitution jutsu would have to be before the attack, Not an instant attack like Amaterasu.

It is not hype. It was said by several characters in the series and in his databook entry. He was a 70 year old man with low stamina so he was not be able to utilize his full power versus Orochimaru and two reanimated Kage. The fact that he streamed from his mouth some of the largest elemental blasts we have seen in the series with no hand seals just backs up his so called ''hype''.

If you know something is coming then yes, the Substitution can be a counter. Its all plot. If people just used Substitutions to counter everything then there would be no development and show of anyone's skills. Raikage was hit with Amaterasu and acted normally because of his high tolerance for pain. Tsunades is even better, considering she survived with her body in half and survived Kumos Heavenly Transport technique just like Raikage. She won't be hit with Amaterasu anyway. Before Amaterasu always comes the bleeding of the eyes. That lets any competent shinobi who has knowledge of the MS know its coming. Substitution? Shadow Clones? Hiding Like a Mole? So many ways to counter that.

I think you may be underrating Itachi mate, Tsunade > Itachi???

All of the above people get their asses whooped by Genjutsu. Prime Hiruzen cannot be factored in bc we need feats not hype.

MS Sasuke already managed 1 shotting Hachibi with Amaterasu. He escaped because he had to. It was also evident Edo Itachi was holding his own against Killer Bee, he did insanely better than MS Sasuke.
