I was a bit confused on whether it would be possible for Obito's right eye to be transplanted into Kakashi's left eye socket, so I decided to go for a different approach.
As for Obito surviving after BZ left his body, he had taken just enough chakra from Madara to use Izanagi and return to the battlefield as well as have his last words with Kakashi.

Madara has taken Kakashi’s eye and arrives in the Kamui dimension!! Will he retrieve his Rinnegan!?

[First panel shows Obito and Sakura in shock due to Madara’s sudden attack]
[Obito reacts on instinct and even in his current condition manages to push Sakura out of the attacks range]
[Obito is shown using his black staff to deflect the rod thrown by Madara, but after he immediately falls to the ground exhausted]
Obito-{pants} (How was Madara able to access my space time dimension?)
{Obito looks up and sees the Mangekyou sharingan in Madara’s left eye}

[Obito’s expression is at first one of disbelief and then immediately turns into pure anger]
Madara-{speaks smugly} Well, well, it looks like I made it just in time.
Obito-{furiously shouts} You bastard what have you done to Kakashi!!
Madara- Don’t worry, he should still be alive. He simply had something I required, and I took it by force.
Sakura-{realizes what happened} (Madara took Kakashi-sensei’s eye. But what happened to his body, it’s severed completely in half?)

Madara-[In a commanding tone] Black Zetsu come and bring my left eye to me now!!
BZ-[obediently] Yes, of course Madara-sama.
[Black Zetsu attempts to leave Obito’s body but cannot fully detach himself due to Obito’s strong will]
Madara-[annoyed] {sighs} I guess if you want something done right, you just have to do it yourself.
[Madara is shown levitating while moving towards Obito]
Obito-{begins to panic} (I need to come up with something fast. I cannot allow Madara to obtain the other Rinnegan, no matter the cost. But with my chakra level so low, wait that’s it…!!)

[Madara is shown hovering right next to Obito]
BZ- Forgive me Madara-sama but Obito can be very stubborn at times.
Madara-{grabs Obito by the neck with one hand} I’m well aware of that, but he made the wrong choice in betraying me.
[Obito winces at the pressure exerted on his neck. His right eye is shown closing while his left is barely open]
Obito- (I hope this works) {widens his left eye} (Gakido!!)
[A small glow is shown emanating from Madara’s hand at the point where his hand makes contact with Obito]

Madara- {frowns} Did you really think I wouldn’t notice you trying to absorb chakra from me? {increases the pressure on Obito’s neck} I told you before that you can no longer step over my corpse!!
Obito- {smiles defiantly} I could say the same to you. It doesn’t look like you’ll be STEPPING over my corpse anytime soon either, in your current state!!
Madara- Why you insolent brat!! Black Zetsu detach yourself from Obito now, but leave the Rinnegan, I want to have the pleasure of taking it back from Obito myself!
Obito- (Shit I just need a little bit more chakra and then I can…)
[This time BZ is able to completely leave Obito’s body]

[Madara reaches towards his current left eye and removes Kakashi’s sharingan before carelessly dropping it on the ground]
[Madara’s hand is shown about to grab the left Rinnegan]
[Panel zooms in on Obito’s right MS being fully opened]
[Madara rips the Rinnegan out of Obito’s eyesocket]
Madara- Finally, it’s time to become complete.

Obito- Now Sakura!!!
[Sakura is shown running at Madara with a chakra charged fist]
Madara-!!! {drops Obito but cannot react in time}
[Sakura’s fist collides with the right side of Madara’s body and is blown back several feet by the force of the punch before he quickly halts his movement]
Obito-{while clutching something in his hand} Sakura we don’t have much time!! Grab onto me quickly!!
[Sakura touches Obito as he activates Kamui to send them back to the battlefield]

[Madara is shown attempting to get to Obito and Sakura before the vortex closes but is too late]
BZ- They got away.
Madara-[arrogantly] It doesn’t matter, as he is now, Obito is no threat to me and his time left in this world is limited. Anyway, I finally have the other Rinnegan in my grasp.
[Madara is shown placing the Rinnegan in his left eye socket but notices something strange]
Madara-[surprised] What is this!?
[Panel shows him reaching up to his left eye when it suddenly vanishes as if it was only a GENJUTSU]
Madara-{comes to the realization of what Obito did} Damn you Obito, you tricked me!!

[Scene switches to Naruto who has just finished using his Jiton: Rasengan to seal Limbo Madara’s movements]
[Naruto runs over to where Kakashi and Sasuke are and lands next to his sensei]
Naruto- Kakashi-sensei are you all right!? And Sasuke, what happened to Madara!?
Kakashi- Madara took my left eye, forgive me Naruto… Sasuke… I won’t be of much use in this fight anymore.
Sasuke- Madara used Kakashi’s eye to teleport himself to the other dimension.
Naruto-[worried] Shit, Obito and Sakura are still in the other dimension!! If they try to fight Madara, they’ll…!!
Sasuke-{clenches his fist} Damn!! Madara must be trying to get his other Rinnegan back!

[Suddenly Naruto/Sasuke/Kakashi see the vortex created by Kamui start to appear near their location]
Sasuke- Naruto get ready!!
Naruto-{yells} Kakashi-sensei, get out of here now!!
[Out of the vortex come the two now recognizable forms of Sakura and Obito]
Naruto/Sasuke/Kakashi-!!!

[Obito is shown lying flat on the ground having one hand closed and his staff in the other and with a small smile gracing his lips]
[His right MS slowly reverts into the 3T stage and then changes back to normal, before fading away indicating the activation and subsequent culmination of the Uchiha forbidden jutsu: Izanagi]
[His right eye closes forever and his left eye opens revealing the fully intact Rinnegan]
Obito-{chuckles} I can’t believe that actually worked!

Obito- Kakashi I have a gift for you, and this time you don’t need to worry, it's not some useless, extra baggage.
[Obito opens his hand revealing the sharingan and looks to Sakura]
Obito- Will you do me another favor? {holds up Kakashi’s sharingan} Please take this eye and implant it back into Kakashi’s left one.
Kakashi- Obito!!

[Sakura takes the eye and activates the Mystical Palm technique in order to begin the procedure]
Obito-(Now that I think about it, Sakura really does remind me a bit of Rin) Isn’t this just nostalgic Kakashi!
*They both remember saying their goodbyes after Rin had first transplanted Obito’s eye into Kakashi*
Kakashi-{while lying down on the ground} I guess you’re right Obito.
[Split panel shows Kakashi’s right normal eye and Obito’s left Rinnegan eye –The symmetry between their two MS is now gone due to Obito using Izanagi—]

Madara- So that’s how he was able to do it. He was continually absorbing chakra from me while distracting me with his taunts. Right when I went to grab the Rinnegan…
*Remembers seeing Obito’s MS widen*
Madara- …he was able to use the chakra he took to activate Izanagi and used that weak girl’s attack as a distraction to transport them both away before he was rendered blind.
BZ- Without Obito, how will we get out of here.
Madara- My Limbo is not bound by the barriers between this dimension and the physical plane, when my Shadow breaks free from its bindings and overlaps with the other half of my body, we will be able to jump back to battlefield.

[Naruto is shown placing one of his sun marks on Kakashi in order to restore his chakra]
[Kakashi sits up and opens his left eye where there once again is a sharingan]
Kakashi-{thinks} (My vision is slowly becoming more and more clear. Is this a result of Naruto’s chakra?)
Obito- Kakashi I’m on the verge of dying and once again… I’ll ask to become your eye, so that we both can continue to see the future through it.

Obito-{looks to Naruto} Naruto, thank you for helping me to regain the one thing, which for so long I thought I had lost. {looks at Sasuke as well} I hope you both can forgive me for all the pain and suffering I’ve caused you.
Naruto- Ero-Sennin once told me that “A Shinobi’s life is not measured by how he lives, but rather by what they managed to accomplish before their death.” I think that in the end you truly were a “Hero of the Sharingan!”
[Obito’s sun staff slowly begins to dissolve symbolizing Obito’s loss of light in his right eye, as well as his approaching death]
Obito-[with a content expression on his face] Thank you Naruto for everything! Kakashi this looks like the end for me! (Rin are you still watching over me at this very moment? I hope that I will be able to join you soon!)
And with that last thought, Uchiha Obito passes away, finally free from the will and influence of Madara, surrounded by the one thing in life he had cherished above all else: His Comrades!!
Next Time: Madara’s return to the battlefield!! And he finally manages to retrieve!?
