Current Lee vs Current Gaara

So I just watched the fight between Lee and Gaara at the exams and realized I forgot how awesome that fight was even tho Lee ultimately loss. But anyway that brings me to my question. If Current Lee and Gaara fought again who would win? Also if Neji was alive could Lee beat him or is he still stronger?

Asaka can't pass through gaara's sand with just heat. so that's moot.
Lee couldn't pound through the sand with 5 gates, before, so he won't be able to do it now. That's also moot.
Assuming lee goes 6th gate and punches gaara directly, it's still unlikely he brreaks the sand... Kisame took a 6th gate nitro-kick to the face and didn't instantly die. So this is speculation it will break the sand.

In short, lee can't win.

However, gaara can still kill him with sand funerals, sand burial, sand pyramid... etc/

Gaara clearly slaughters neji. What's neji going to do...? He isn't fast enough to bypass autodefence, and his little punches won't get him through the sand.
Neji would slaughter sasuke at the poiint. Sasuke had to severely restrain himself at the point because of cursed mark.

My boy Gaara. Lee is fast for sure and he can open up to what now, 6th gate? That gives bin access to Afternoon Tiger and Morning Peacock, so Gaara will be hard pressed. But the speed and power of Gaara's sand has increased as well.

Plus Gaara is a long ranged fighter and knows just how fast Lee is. Gaara would most likely disrupt the terrain Lee is standing on then bury him under a ton of earth.

Sasuke could and he had the same speed stats at that point so Neji probably could too, not that I'm sure he could win

1.Lee did pass through the sand with 5 gates.
2.Lee being stronger then he was before will go through the sand with more ease given the fact that psychical energy is raised with training which raises the raw strength sand speed of his gates.
3.Heat turns sand into glass.
4.He only loss because the pain was intolerable and he closed his eyes for a second.
If he did the same moves now he would be able to endure until his assault was finished.

Am i saying he will win outright ? No,gaara has gotten stronger too.
Although,you did need to be corrected,sorely.
