I think kakashi would win. He has the sharingan, so he can se through minato's jutsu, and possibly even take minato's kunai to copy it. Also, kakashi has kamui, which would trap minato in a timespace he couldn't escape from with his teleportation. Also, since minato has been dead, he probably knows little to nothing about the kamui, giving kakashi an intelligence advantage.
