Note 2: I excluded Hagoromo and family because, despite obviously being portrayed as insanely strong characters, they don't have onsxreen feats.
Here we go then:

Bee can't evade Amaterasu, the "tail thing" is pretty much a loss. He was screaming in pain when Sasuke hit him with it. If Bee goes at Itachi again after escaping it via the "tail thing", he simply has to use Amaterasu again and its over (he can definitely manage it twice, even with sickness).

Going full Bijuu mode makes him a giant target for Totsuka, if he even makes it that far.

To go into BM, you have to defeat the Bijuu and steal its chakra (getting KCM), AND become a perfect Jinchuuriki.

Minato didn't do this before he died, therefore he does not have it while alive.

no, thats to force the bijuu to give you chakra, they couldve just been on good standings. we dont know what they did in the reapers stomach since they would be there for eternity i would see no reason for minato to fight him and become a perfect jin.
