Well, one of his many one shot techniques.
Hiruzen has not only seen this technique before against Hashirama (Hiruzen can copy techniques like against the Buddha.) but was confirmed to have learned every technique that existed in Konoha.
This Jutsu is op; as demonstrated by Hiruzen you can't break it and it can even affect Kage Bushin which are immune to Genjutsu.
Senju Technique = used on Uchiha, unless you're a sensor or have acute senses you're screwed.
Meaning:
Sasuke gets soloed.
Obito (non Jin with sensing.) gets soloed.
Narbungo gets soloed.
The sage has no sensory feats so it's a fair cause to say that he loses too, though mind you his resemblance to Hiruzen is uncanny.

This technique exerts a hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helpless in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses.
