We know that he is not weak since he is a yonko. Well at least I hope it doesn't happen like how Buggy is a warlord.

But, do you mean him being the zoan type of spider I think it would be interesting and he would be strong. He would be able to shoot web like spider man in a way and can immobilize people and have them stuck to the wall or ground. There would be many possibilities of how his power would be if he was a spider.

I think a Spider Zoan type would be more fitting for one of Kaido's crew members.. someone with spider powers going up against Robin or Zoro (if he uses swords the same way that Octopus fishman used them) would be a good match up imo..

I hope Kaido ends up being a real BEAST!

I would find that devil fruit seriously disappointing for a yonko to have not to mention one that is hyped up to be the king of the zoan lol. Also a vice admiral already possesses that devil fruit ability.
