Why didn't any Hyuga bother to mention a second shadow Madara? Hyugas can see all chakra and Limbo Madara is chakra. Limbo doesn't work in a different dimension like Kamui does, so it should be visable to the Byakugan.

Only Sasuke's rinnegan can see it. Madara stated no one else other than Naruto and Sasuke whom also possess Hagoromo and the juubi's powers can see it. And actually, Madara did imply Limbo is a different dimension.

The Byakugan is leagues ahead in seeing chakra, it is also older than the Rinnegan. Why wouldn't it be able to see Limbo when it's been said many times it could see ANY form of chakra?

Misunderstanding =/= plot-hole.
Like others said, its only visible for the ones with Rinnegan and the one's with the Sage's chakra are able to feel and detect it.
It doesn't matter if Byakugan has X-ray vision and whatever else because we're talking about an interdimensional thing. That's beyhond the Byakugan.
Rinnegan > Byakugan after all.
