Hiruzen is the only Hokage who has no original technique?

Every Hokage developed an original and powerful technique, except Hiruzen. So why is he called the God of Shinobi?

Yet you listed Shadow clones for Tobirama when it is a Easier/Lower level jutsu than Shuriken shadow clones . According to the databooks Shuriken shadow clones is far harder than a standard shadow clone

Mew is fairly useless in combat.

I still think that Shuriken Kage Bunshin is fairly original, but it is based off of Kage Bunshin so I'd say it's not.

-Hiruzen was stated to be a master of Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu.

-Hiruzen was stated to know all Konoha Jutsu.

His forte isn't inventing jutsu. BTW, Reaper Death Seal is an Uzumaki Clan Sealing Jutsu. Its not a jutsu Minato came up with or invented.

1. Byakugou is not original. Hashirama naturally had that ability, Tsunade just decided to give it a name.
2. Byakugou is not powerful in any way shape or form. That's why she isn't even top 25.
