If so, it is only by minimal amounts. . . and still definitely not enough to close the gap they have between skill & strength and or make much of a difference in a taijutsu skirmish.

Yeah. . . if he is faster then Gai, it definitely isn't a massive enough gap to grant him the upper hand. Lee is still outclassed and gets overpowered.

You keep stating that Lee ''might'' be faster but i don't see you state something that Lee has that can kill Gai, Whilst Gai has moves that could kill or severely injure Lee.
