Kabuto specifically tailored his skills to take on an Uchiha. Sasuke's speed isn't comparable to that of Naruto who is on par/greater than A's full speed. Kabuto definitely loses scenario 2 and 3. SM Naruto VS SM Kabuto is interesting though, but Naruto should come out on top in that one as well.
