when he told naruto to aim the rasengan to him, he swich him and naruto with the sword to hit madara in that range

I believe sasuke teleported madara in between them XD

Its impossible to genjutsu Madara when he was flying to Kakashi...he used pure speed there.
Also that would mean Naruto is weak against genjutsu even with the tailed beasts....which is incorrect none the less.

Its teleportation, or something similar.

I really doubt it's teleportation because that would be anticlimactic. Also, it doesn't make sense to have a range for teleportation because teleportation is instantaneous and if he can move only up to a certain distance with one use he can simply repeat the process with very little delay.

I think it's something akin to real world genjutsu. That's more appropriate for a Yin type. He's probably distorting the opponent's mind, reality, or senses. When he used it the first time, he made Madara think that he was standing closer to Naruto while he was far away from the beginning. Same thing applies for the second time.

I think it's something like Hirako Shinji's Shikai from Bleach:

Shikai Special Ability: Sakanade's Shikai ability creates a Sakasama no Sekai (逆様の世界, Inverted World). When spun, the sword creates a pink mist. Those who smell its pleasant aroma fall subject to an optical illusion. Shinji describes the release technique as something like a trump card. He has no teleportation I think its just like pains justu almighty pull but a variant in this case can pull both the target and the caster towards a desired trajectory.
