No, If any Advanced Nature Kekkei Genkai wielder was swimming in Hashirama's chakra pool, they'd be more OP than Hashirama himself. Imagine Haku, Roshi, or Pakura with Hashirama's chakra pool...

Haku could make Ice Kingdoms and probably change the weather,
Roshi could make multiple Volcanoes erupt from the ground,
Pakura could make deadly dehydrating heat waves, etc. etc.​

I think When kishi started the manga he made all the cool creative jutsus first ,then he tried to make stronger jutsus later but He made them uncreative however more destructive .

I agree but Roshi had that and still wasn't on the same level.

If Shicka developed new/much more advanced jitsu and trained on the strength, speed, and endurance of the shadow possession jitsu he could in theory be on the same level as the kages. However Naruto, Sasuke, Madara, Obito ten tail, Guy, A, the 4th Hokage and the 1st Hokage would all be much stronger then him.

But if Roshi himself had Hashirama's Base Chakra Pool, he'd easily bust Volcanoes by himself or with little help from Son Goku.​

I guess I don't know how much he (specifically) had because I don't know if he and Goku shared Chakara like B and the 8 tails. We know he did not have control over him but we know they did interact because we know never called him by his name. All I was saying is that he and harishima had the same amount because he and Goku shared the same body and thus a ton of Chakara.
