We do, actually. She was the original mastermind behind Mugen Tsukuyomi and the originator of the evil of Chakra. And we know that not only does the Juubi have sentience, but Kaguya may very well be the Juubi too. That and she was hyped as being even stronger than Hagoromo.
Why would Kishi write all that for nothing?

World-building...an origin story for the NV....basically establishing the bigger picture as to why Madara and NaruSasu are fighting each other...Kaguya is cool but she should be to Madara as the Sage was to Naruto and Sasuke. I'll be annoyed if this person introduced like, this year becomes the main villain.

Probably kaguya, madara or the juubi. But sasuke will be the final fight(against naruto) I am not sure if sasuke will be a villain the same way madara/obito are though, as he's the main anti hero of the story,

Madara is and isn't. I think he will merge with Kaguya. It'll be her they fight but Madara's body. I still don't see him as a born evil, conquer the world guy and neither does Hashirama.
