Where is their size shown in the real Naruto world? They are only shown in the subconsciousness of Naruto, which doesn't indicate anything of their actual size.

My opinion on this :-

The Juubi is natural energy.

Considering the above it makes sense that the Bijuu also have a connection to Natural Energy.

When Naruto obtained the senjutsu of the Rikudou, the Bijuu chakra was amplified and they became big in size.

But the chakra bijuus' are of same size to that of Kurama sitting with them. Instead of chakra they seems more like the real thing.

Again dude, if this was outside of Naruto's head, everyone would be forced to agree with you. But this is all within Naruto's subconscious, he isn't seeing their chakra.. It is like saying it was fishy for the previous jinchuriki's of the Biju's to be present whilst the telepathy was occurring for the first time in the manga.

The Sage something along the lines of "My spirit calls them forth," possibly his chakra/presence once again gave them form, so that would explain why the bijuu chakras are now conscious and talking. As for them all being of similar size despite the amount of chakra each possesses, I have no idea.
