Billz is a god . A whole new tier of fighter is the z world , ssj3 would stop anybody but a god . God goku however is the strongest thing known to mankind no hax or spam

so? goku defeated gods before? hes stronger than kami, goku also is stronger than supreme kais who created universes.

No. Gohan far outclasses SSJ3 Goku. Gohan was beating Super Buu pretty easily (in the manga he tries to kill him but anime made him look like a retard) before he used his tactics to absorb Gotenks. Goku was scared of fighting Super Buu. When they took out Gohan, Goten, Trunks and Piccolo, Goku told Vegeta that they were not strong enough to defeat him without fusing again. Also, because Gotenks put a good fight against Super Buu, we can say that he's stronger than Goku. Kid Buu is equal to SSJ3 Goku (they stalemated) but Kid Buu has better endurance, regeneration and more stamina than SSJ3 Goku (as SSJ3 drains too much energy).

Ssj3 Goku is greater than gotenks at any form. A fight between them would end in Goku winning off of sheer battle prowess and experience. Gohan bested Super Buu but not Super Buu with Gotenks, he only took the upper hand or thought he had the upper hand when the fusion wore off thus making piccolo the main power that he absorbed. Goku did just as good as Gohan did against Super Buu w/gotenks which wasn't good at all. Out of all Single powered beings goku is the strongest except for Vegeta who surpassed him. Ultimate Gohan wouldn't be able to beat Goku in a battle. Also its not the amount of energy that's the problem with ssj3 its he can only last in it 10 mins because he obtained that level when he was in the other world while dead which was stated by goku.

Gohan was defeating Super Buu pretty easily and yet he got neg diffed (hate using that term but it was the case). You could argue that it was because he was drunk but he should still have his power. Bills >>>>>>> Super Buu. I don't know how close Vegito comes but I think he's weaker than SSG Goku because they would have just tried to fuse if they thought so. Or somebody would have mentioned it.

Yes gohan > super buu but gohan > super buu w/gotenks, goku was not scared of super buu, in fact when have you ever seen goku scared of anyone? never so that was a poor choice of a word to describe how goku was feeling because it sure wasn't fear of super buu, if I'm not mistaken he wanted to be there badly. Anyway vegito isn't a fusion dance type of fusion, to obtain vegito you need the potara earrings, and the their are none that can be used so a fusion between goku and vegeta wasn't an option.

Supreme kai creates stars & planets as stated by King Kai in the Battle Of the Gods, if you read my post closely you would have seen where I quoted King Kai saying " their are gods that create star's & planets just like the Supreme Kai and then there is a god that destroys" the key words are just like the supreme kai which means there are other gods of creation. Which makes sense because Bill the god of destruction would need a counterpart closer to his power to balance things out since he is far greater than any kai. Also the sum total of the Supreme kai's creations could equal to an entire universe but since king kai didn't say it like the Supreme Kai or whatever other god of creation can just creat star's and planets.

First of all your idiocy is evident in your post as more than one character actually blew up a planet and some more than one.

Frieza blew up planet Vegeta and Namek.
Cell blew up King Kai's planet. would have been Earth but Goku teleported him away.
Kid Buu blew up the Earth and in the anime blew up other planets..

Also the reason the other characters didn't blow up planets is because they are the good guys and they can't just blow up planets for the lulz.. And the reason they have been proven to be able to is via powerscaling.. Frieza<SSJ Goku<=SSJ Vegeta<#18<#17<=Piccolo/Kami<#16<=Cell 1st form<Cell 2nd form<USSJ Vegeta<USSJ Trunks<SSJ Goku post hyperbolic TC<Perfect Cell<SSJ2 Gohan.....
