madara being an eye surgeon

hey guys and gals today im going to be putting my 2 cents in the piggy bank okay so we all know that madara has stolen kakashis eye and is now using it and is in the kamui dimension and is about to bring the pain to either obito or sakura (i hope he kills them both) but i have a serious f<ing problem with this how the **** do you stick an eyeball in your eye socket and it freaking works we've seen danzo do it i know that was filler but they still portrayed it in the series we know obito has done surgery on himself also i mean come on kishi are ****ing serious you cant do that please is there anyone out who shares my hate for this ive been waiting for someone to make a thread about this but i havent seen it yet (forgive me if this is in the wrong section or if a thread has already been made about this) HAVE A NICE DAY =D=D=D=D
