How did Madara jump into Kamui dimension and a bloody battle.

He then use his rinnegan eye to focus on Kakashi sharingan eye to jump into kamui dimension.
That is why rinnegan eyes are so important and have such strong power.

Obito told Sakura to destroy his rinnegan eye quickly.
Obito knew Madara will be going after his rinnegan eye.
Madara knew it was Kakashi that send Naruto & Sakura into the kamui dimension, and to wait for Obito.
After Madara went into the kamui dimension, Sasuke will ask Kakashi to send him into kamui dimension.
Kakashi may also send Naruto into the dimension.

and I have a problem with that. When he gets his rinnegan, will he put them on immediately, or will come outside and then insert the eyes in socket.
If he puts Rinnegan there only, he can't come out. If he uses reverse kamui, There will be ample time for Sauke to counteract.
