Right now my boy Sasuke, Is NOT going full powers, he is not even going 50% out!
He basically is just testing, his teleportation movement, this and that!

Before Madara went to the Kamui Dimension, if he would have gone ALL out, he would of STOMPED Madara, but obviously plot didn't allow that and protected Madara, UNTIL he gets his other rinnegan. When that happens THAN plot will allow Sasuke to use his 100% power, but than it will be too late, it would be Madara= Sasuke or Madara> Sasuke
