Could the Totsuka Blade Extract a Bijuu?

The first time the Totsua GG argument was proven true, Itachi Solo'd Orochimaru, who was at the time taking over Sasuke's body.

Would the Totsuka Blade be able to do something similar if Naruto had turned into the Nine Tails, similar to in the fight with Pain? Would it be able to seal the Nine Tails without hurting Naruto?

Of course, Naruto would die later from Bijuu Extraction, but he wouldn't have been directly Sealed?

Is it possible?

The biju would be sealed in an eternal genjutsu...not killed, temporarily. So it wouldn't come back
OT: I think both the biju and the jin would be sealed, since a biju host transformation isn't like when Orochimaru was taking over Sasuke.

He could choose to only seal Bijuu. Like how Totsuka can be used as a regular sword, but what it hits can then be sealed if chosen.

that's right I guess....jins performing ordinary TB transformations physically transform into the bijuus with their own bodies hence
they get sealed away once they're pierced , while sasuke was not sealed because the oro-snake was the only thing that was pierced and was only attached to sauce

the oro that got pierced through never came back....it was the one that had long been hidden in Anko

But Orochimaru had horcruxes curse marks that had a little of him inside, like with Anko. Unless a Bijuu has another piece of them outside (like Kurama with his Yin and Yang halves), I don't think they're coming back.

Orochimaru came back via the DNA that Kabuto implanted in himself, plus Sasuke using the evil releasing method to release Oro out via his evil DNA inside of Kabuto... a Biju would have to "die" in order to respawn
And yes... SEAL them away for all time... if a biju could just come back out and respawn after being SEALED for all time, why can't they just come out of a jin they were sealed into and respawn
