And what kind of conflicts would he have started... Also this means he has his own Sharingan which might even awaken a more powerful MS of his own in anger

I think even for a non-Uchiha Kakashi is a really emotionally strong person as almost everyone in Narutoverse would have gone rogue/psycho experiencing his childhood especially after Rin's death

That would have been awesome in a way maybe he might have been Madara's protege

As everyone else said, he would have been another Itachi. The war would be a traumatic experience for him, and he would've want peace just like Itachi. He might have taken Itachi's place as the clan's murderer; Sasuke would be dead, unless Itachi is strong enough to fend Kakashi off.

In my opinion, the plot would be messed up if Kakashi was born as an Uchiha.

If he were an Uchiha he wouldn't have kowtowed to the system that destroyed his father mentally and led him to suicide. He would've said **** the rules instead of submitting to the rules like a punk ass out of fear of what would happen if he broke them. No Itachi did everything acording to 3rd hokage If Kakashi wuld be an Anbou i dont think he wuld killed him and especialy kakashi wuld be much stronger than Itachi back then....

Obito would not even have MS lol, Kakashi killed Rin and got Mangekyou at 12-13.
When Obito and Itachi killed the clan, Kakashi would have stop them and stop the coup d'etat by Sandaime's authorization.He'd never be the dog of Danzo.He'd be somoene like Shisui.
