well he was known for been fast on the hebi era, but then he got that ms and it was amateratsu and susano only that sucked on so many levels but rinnegan sasuke seems pretty cool using the tactics and shit reminds me of hebi sasuke.

It's his Rinn'gan ability. Look closely at the recent scans. Madara and Sasuke both acknowledged that it eas his Rinn'gan ability allowing him his speed.

He has a particularly fast shunshin but he never got a speed boost. He's faster in Cm2 mode but no longer has that form. MS and rinnegan don't make you faster. He is just as fast as he was when he was hebi sasuke. sure, he was fast on his feet, but is not famous for it. he's on the high end of fodder in speed. Minato is fast in base speed, shishui was called "shishui the teleporter" for his speed, tobirama was once considered the fastest shinobi alive, Ay was for a while the fastest shinobi alive. Naruto got like 3 things that made him faster. Sasuke is all eyes, not body. He has NO special speed.
