Sasuke can control the fox with regular 3 tomoe...the weakest sharingan aside from leveling up to it...which doesn't count.
He isn't even using his Sage Susanoo (with senjutsu possibly) which is equal to more than one bijuu now...and having sharinnegan WHICH IS THE JUUBI'S EYE...WHICH IS ALL OF THE BEASTS PUT TOGETHER, which is the forming of the strongest living thing in the NV...yes, he does.

Sage Naruto beat the fox...MS Sasuke sh!t stomps SM Naruto...pre MS actually naruto admitted inferiority while he knew sasuke has had it in those fights.

3 Tomoes? So every Uchiha can control the Kyuubi? Yes that makes sense, since Hashirama was the only known to suppress it.

And oh yeah, normally Naruto's called a dumbass not knowing what he's capable off but if he's stating Sasuke is stronger, it's true?

Sasuke will always be smarter than Naruto as well.

In battle Sasuke will win or tie...I don't want to see a tie and sasuke seems OP as fluck right now...so sasuke.

EDIT: Side note...if part 2 sasuke at the beginning with 3 tomoe suppressed the foxes chakra...and we now have Sasuke with Sharinnegan who could possible suppress or even control all the beasts.

that made sasuke more skillful at the beginning not smarter...

remember naruto on his own figured out the meaning of shinobi, the village..whereas sasuke had to be told!!!

It went back and forth, pending the situation at hand, one of them could trump the other, I do think Naruto always had the potential to beating Sauce if it came down to it.

However what makes Naruto stronger has nothing to do with jutsu or skill. People are your best assets, Naruto knew this from the getgo, Sauce still hasn't figured it out.

Sauske controlled a snake with senjutsu I believe and made it teleport him...something orochimaru couldn't even do himself.
Sasuke isn't some random uchiha dude...he and madara which were both the reincarnation of Indra can control the tailed beast.

Sauske was 7...sasuke is dark...he wanted to kill his own brother...he was stuck in tsuyomi for 24 hours...
wtf did you honestly that was on his mind at the time in part one?

Read the manga and understand it as well people...reading blindly and focusing on the action and power isn't just key in these chapters anymore.
That's how all this comes to make sense if you do.

No...Orochimaru stated himself that sasuke hebi owns 3 tails without curse mark.
Naruto back then was attacking blindly like a stupid fool.

same could be said about naruto..his parents died when he was much younger than sasuke , he even had it harder..always aasking hiruzen why he didn't have parents..if he had dedicated his life to revenge like sasuke did..don't you think with the nine-tails who could have destroyed the village..instead he dedicated himself to becoming the HOKAGE...so stop making excuses for sasuke
